Shipping policy

At Emerald Trading Group LLC, we treat every order with the precision required for high-value TCG assets. Our goal is to ensure your items arrive quickly, securely, and in the exact condition described.

1. Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Weekend Shipping: Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

  • Note: During high-volume release windows, processing may take up to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer two distinct tiers of shipping to accommodate your needs:

  • Emerald Standard Shipping: * Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

    • Includes tracking and up to $100 of carrier insurance.

    • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.

    • Free when spending $10+

  • Insured & Priority Handling ($7.00):

    • Recommended for all orders exceeding $100.00.

    • Includes Full-Value Insurance through USPS (up to $300).

    • Orders in this tier receive Priority Fulfillment, moving to the front of our packing queue.

3. The "Emerald Standard" Packaging

We do not use standard envelopes for card singles or loose packs. Every order is protected by the below method:

  • Singles: Placed in a penny sleeve and rigid top-loader.

  • Structural Integrity: All items are secured between two professional-grade, custom-cut corrugated cardboard inserts to prevent bending.

  • Final Seal: Shipped in a 6x10 bubble mailer to provide a moisture and puncture barrier.

4. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS Tracking Number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

5. Carrier Responsibility & Insurance Claims

Emerald Trading Group LLC is responsible for your order until it is accepted by the carrier.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, the claim must be filed through USPS.

  • Support: We will provide you with all necessary commercial invoices and proof of value to assist you in your claim process.

  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Emerald Trading Group LLC only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
