• Market Volatility: Prices for TCG products are subject to change without notice.

• Errors: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error. If your card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund immediately.

Section 4: Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or unauthorized AI agents to purchase inventory ("Sniping").

• Scraping price data for use in third-party databases without express written consent.

• Attempting to circumvent our inventory limits per customer.

Section 5: Limitation of Liability

Emerald Trading Group LLC provides this site on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any market-value losses, carrier-related delays, or indirect damages arising from the use of our products. In all cases, our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the items in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kendall County, IL.
